Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoice.

Returns are applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

Products with missing or damaged original packaging

Personal care, hygiene products, or innerwear (if applicable)

Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Return Shipping

In case of approved returns due to damage or wrong item, return shipping may be arranged or reimbursed

For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
